For riders
How do I sign in?
You sign in with the phone number your logistics company registered for you. Your company’s admin creates your account and sets your password.
I can’t sign in or forgot my password
Ask your company’s admin to reset your password, or email support@rewearapp.com and we’ll help.
Why does the app ask for camera and location?
To capture proof of delivery — a live photo and the location at hand-off. Location is used only while you’re using the app to record proof; Via does not track you in the background.
How do I delete my account?

For logistics partners
How do I add or manage riders?
Partner admins add riders by name and phone number from the partner dashboard, and can reset a rider’s password there.
How do payouts work?
You earn per completed delivery and cash out to any Nigerian bank account, powered by Paystack. For payout or bank-detail issues, email support@rewearapp.com.
How do I close my account or delete data?
